In our in-house tool factory, we manufacture tools for injection moulding, high pressure die-casting and shape moulding (EPS/EPP) of prototypes and low-volume series. The tooling is driven by fully automated CNC milling machines and robots that work in perfect harmony with our skilled toolmakers.
We have high capacity and manufacture up to 20 tools per week. With 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis and 6-axis CNC milling, we can machine tools with dimensions up to 2100 x 4000 x 1200 mm.

Before production started, we assisted NOAQ Flood Protection AB with material selection, DFM and flow analysis. We then manufactured the large moulding tool at our in-house tool factory.
