At Idé-Pro, we specialise in die-cast parts. We have extensive in-house experience with flow simulation, part design, material selection, tool design and moulding processes. With our entire production facilities in Denmark, we offer high flexibility and speed of delivery.
Our high level of expertise means that we have a very high success rate with first out of tool parts. Even with technically difficult parts, we can get you quickly and safely from 3D file to product.
Due to our short lead time on projects, many people choose to have prototypes high-pressure die-cast using the right process in the right material. This gives the prototypes the same mechanical properties as series-produced parts. This means they can be used directly in the final design for crash testing and start-up production.
All our moulding machines are fully equipped with peripheral equipment. This allows us to always produce consistent parts, from prototypes to serial production.
