Previously, the Dynello 50mm Clip™ (a ratchet strap clip) was produced in China. Having items manufactured in China can have many advantages, but also presents challenges such as long delivery times and difficult quality control.
Idé-Pro was the partner chosen when it was decided to move its primary production of the Dynello Clip™ 50mm to Denmark. Idé-Pro is a one-stop shop that offers everything from product development to tool manufacturing, casting and finishing, all taking place in Denmark. This gives a rapid time-to-market at competitive prices.

When Dynello ApS contacted us, we made a casting tool for their clip in-house and began series production.
We were then contacted by Jens Kjærulff from Dynello. He wanted to have the Dynello Clip™ 50mm made from recycled plastic and had already looked at one Danish raw materials supplier that had some exciting materials in stock.
At Idé-Pro, we contacted the supplier and ordered a high-quality plastic granulate made from discarded fishing nets, ropes and trawls. When it arrived, we cast 300 prototypes for Dynello.
