We are once again increasing the capacity of our plastic moulding facility, this time with three Zeres III Series hybrid injection moulding machines and associated robots.
The machines, which are a ZE600III (60T), ZE2300III (230T) and ZE3600III (360T), are currently being commissioned and can mould technical parts at high speed and with great precision. They are also very quiet and energy-efficient, which benefits both our workplace and the environment.
Idé-Pro is a one-stop shop with all activities centralised in Denmark. With 28,000 m2 of administration and production facilities, we manufacture all tools ourselves, have our own foundries and offer technical parts in plastic, light metal and EPP/EPS.
With our extensive in-house knowledge of material selection, tool design and moulding processes, we can help you get from idea to prototype and serial production in record time.
