- Fine Tolerances
If detailed machining and precision are essential for an item, CNC machining is the obvious choice after die HPDC. We machine your parts with high accuracy using 5-axis and 3-axis milling.
- Finish and Functionality
For items where surface and functionality are paramount, we handle various surface treatments such as anodising, trowal, shot blasting and polishing. This gives the item exactly the look or texture you want.
- Strength and hardening
When a part requires extra strength and durability, heat treatment is the way to go.
- Density
If you want a pressure-tight item without the risk of leakage, impregnation is the obvious choice.
- Finish and Colours
With paint, you ensure wear protection and improve the surface of the item, while giving the item the desired colour.
