On our 4000T injection moulding machine in Denmark, we manufacture Boxwall BW102, a mobile flood barrier measuring 992 x 1199 x 1060 mm and weighing 15.2 kg.
The injection moulding machine is the largest in Northern Europe and can mould plastic parts weighing up to 41.5 kg with a clamping force of up to 4000 tonnes.
Before production started, we assisted NOAQ Flood Protection AB with material selection, DFM and flow analysis. We then manufactured the large moulding tool at our in-house tool factory.
