Since 1997, we have specialised in injection moulding of prototypes and low-volume production in thermoplastics and can mould in all types of plastic except PVC and silicone. If you need items in PPS, PSU or PEEK, we also have extensive experience with more specialised materials. When injection moulding prototypes, we often test different material types.
Our in-house plastic production is characterised by fast delivery and high flexibility. We have a large capacity and with our wide range of injection moulding machines, we can injection mould plastic parts from 0.01 g up to 41.5 kg, with clamping forces from 6 T up to 4000 T. Therefore, we have the capacity to injection mould your part regardless of size and plastic type.
For injection moulding of prototypes, the tool is made from aluminium, so it can be produced quickly and efficiently at the lowest cost possible compared to traditional tools. The prototypes are manufactured using the right process and material and have the same properties as end products.
Plastic parts manufactured by injection moulding can be tested in terms of material selection and part design and sales potential can be tested at a low cost. If the prototypes work perfectly, we will often be able to initiate the start-up production afterwards.
We offer injection moulding of plastic parts for low-volume production. The foundry is staffed 24/7 and optimised so that we are highly competitive when it comes to small series. We manufacture low-volume production parts for the medico- and food industries, among others.
We stock a wide range of thermoplastics such as polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) and many more, but also offer more sustainable alternatives such as bioplastics and recycled plastics. If you want us to use your own plastic granulate for injection moulding, that's also possible.
