The 82-tonne Trimill VU4021, which is already in operation, can machine complex parts up to 2100 x 4000 x 1200 mm.
It will mainly be used to produce large moulding tools and is a natural extension of our one-stop shop strategy, where we help our customers get from idea to prototype and serial production in record time.
In order to have a short lead time, we need to make the moulding tools ourselves. Therefore, this Trimill VU4021 fits well into our business concept and allows us to produce very large moulds in a short time at competitive prices.
In our plastic foundry, we have the largest injection moulding machine in Northern Europe, which can mould plastic parts weighing 41.5 kg with a clamping force of up to 4000 tonnes. In the light metal foundry, we have the capacity to mould items weighing 21.8 kilos.
