We have therefore built up a wide network of raw material suppliers with exciting "green" materials on the shelf.
Among other things, we mould items where the plastic material is made from discarded fishing nets, ropes and trawls.
As a company, we are very conscious of our impact on the environment, and we do our utmost to minimise our environmental footprint.
At Idé-Pro, we recycle more than 200 tonnes of surplus plastic from our own plastic moulding plant every year. The majority of our plastic scrap is crushed, processed and moulded into new items without leaving the site. This means no extra costs for transport and handling.
We supply items in recycled plastic to Vikan, the world's leading supplier of hygienic cleaning tools for the food industry. For Grundfos, we have developed and produced a collection box in 100% recycled plastic containing materials from end-of-life Grundfos circulation pumps.
